We understand that when the hustle and bustle of life gets you bogged down, sometimes you buy an item online and realize only AFTER delivery that it’s not exactly what you wanted, or maybe you simply change your mind. We get it, things happen. That’s why we have proudly created the simplest and most flexible return policy program available online! With our 3 tiered return program, you have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to return your item! Now that’s flexible! We know that times are changing. People across the world are expecting a higher level of service from the companies they do business with. Companies that do not cater to your busy modern lifestyle are getting left in the dust by companies that care. The 180 Day GOLD Return Plan applies to every single item in our inventory. In order to make sure this Return Plan is used appropriately you must adhere to a few simple guidelines when you want to make a return. We have created a basic list of requirements below;
- In order for any purchase to qualify for the 180 Day GOLD Return Plan, you must initiate your return between 90 and 179 days AFTER your purchase date and time.
- Your order must be returned within 180 days of your date and time of purchase.
- Your returned item/s must be unopened, unused and undamaged upon delivery to our return center.
- You must pay for the return shipping costs.
- You may initiate a 180 Day GOLD Return for ANY reason, including accidental purchases, so long as you meet the 4 requirements stated above. NOTE: Orders that arrive to you damaged, defective, late or not as described fall under the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan or our Lifetime Warranty.
Advice on the 180 Day GOLD Return Plan
- Make sure you give your return order enough time to be delivered to our return center within the 180 day window. This means that when you return the item you need to choose a shipping service that guarantees your item will NOT be delivered outside of the 180 day window. As an example, if you initiate a return 175 days after an order was placed, you need to make sure you do NOT choose a shipping service that will take longer than 5 days to deliver to our return center. If a 180 Day GOLD Return is made, yet the return item/s are not received until AFTER the 180 day return window, than your return will be rejected, returned to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If your order/s are returned in an opened, used or damaged state, than your return will be refused and the package/s sent back to you. This means you need to make sure your return order is packaged securely, is in the products original packaging (not shipping container) is unopened, unused and undamaged.
The 90 Day SILVER Return Plan applies to every single item in our inventory. In order to make sure this Return Plan is used appropriately you must adhere to a few simple guidelines when you want to make a return. We have created a basic list of requirements below;
- In order for any purchase to qualify for the 90 Day SILVER Return Plan, you must initiate your return between 30 and 89 days AFTER your purchase date and time.
- Your order must be returned within 90 days of your date and time of purchase.
- Your returned item/s original packaging CAN be OPENED, however, the product must be visually unused and undamaged.
- You must pay for the return shipping costs.
- You may initiate a 90 Day SILVER Return for ANY reason, including accidental purchases, so long as you meet the 4 requirements stated above. NOTE: Orders that arrive to you damaged, defective, late or not as described fall under the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan or our Lifetime Warranty.
Advice on the 90 Day SILVER Return Plan
- Make sure you give your return order enough time to be delivered to our return center within the 90 day window. This means that when you return the item you need to choose a shipping service that guarantees your item will NOT be delivered outside of the 90 day window. As an example, if you initiate a return 85 days after an order was placed, you need to make sure you do NOT choose a shipping service that will take longer than 5 days to deliver to our return center. If a 90 Day SILVER Return is made, yet the return item/s are not received until AFTER the 90 day return window, than your return will be rejected, returned to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the 90 Day SILVER Return Plan you are allowed to return items whose original packaging has been opened. However, items that have signs of use or are damaged in any way are not eligible for the 90 Day SILVER Return Plan. This means you need to make sure your returned order is packaged securely so it can arrive at our return facility visually unused and undamaged.
The 30 Day BRONZE Return Plan applies to every single item in our inventory. In order to make sure this Return Plan is used appropriately you must adhere to a few simple guidelines when you want to make a return. We have created a basic list of requirements below;
- In order for any purchase to qualify for the 30 Day BRONZE Return Plan, you must initiate your return between 1 and 29 days AFTER your your order was delivered. As an example, if your order was delivered 5 days after the purchase date and time, you have 1 to 29 days AFTER that date to initiate a return and deliver the item to our return center.
- Your returned item/s original packaging CAN be OPENED, and show some slight signs of use, however the product must be undamaged and in a condition common sense would indicate is suitable for resale.
- You must pay for the return shipping costs.
- You may initiate a 30 Day BRONZE Return for ANY reason, including accidental purchases, so long as you meet the 3 requirements stated above. NOTE: Orders that arrive to you damaged, defective, late or not as described fall under the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan or our Lifetime Warranty.
Advice on the 30 Day BRONZE Return Plan
- Make sure you give your return order enough time to be delivered to our return center within the 30 day window. This means that when you return the item you need to choose a shipping service that guarantees your item will NOT be delivered outside of the 30 day window. As an example, if you initiate a return 25 days after an order was delivered to you, you need to make sure you do NOT choose a shipping service that will take longer than 5 days to deliver to our return center. If a 30 Day BRONZE Return is made, yet the return item/s are not received until AFTER the 30 day return window, than your return will be rejected, returned to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the 30 Day BRONZE Return Plan you are allowed to return items whose original packaging has been opened and your return may show LIMITED signs of use. However, items that have signs of use or are damaged in any way are not eligible for the 30 Day BRONZE Return Plan. This means you need to make sure your returned order is packaged securely so it can arrive at our return facility undamaged and visually resellable.
The 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan protects you from a variety of unforeseen issues that can occur when you receive an order. Mistakes happen, so we created this program to protect our customers if they receive an order that is damaged upon delivery, defective, arrives late or is not as described. If any of the aforementioned issues occur with your order here are a few small perks and simple guidelines we require in order to qualify for the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan.
- We will reimburse you for ALL shipping costs that are associated with returning your item.
- You have 29 days from the date of delivery to initiate a 30 Day PROTECTION Return to inform us that your order arrived damaged, defective, late or is not as described.
- You must return your order within 30 days of delivery.
- Your item MUST have been defective, damaged or not as described UPON delivery. This means when your package is opened you received an order that was damaged, defective or not as described.
Advice on the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan

- You can NOT use the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan to return items that were damaged through negligence or misuse. If your item was damaged through your own negligence or misuse this means you are not covered by the 30 Day PROTECTION Return Plan. However, some damage or defects can be the result of manufacturer errors. All products that are sold on our site are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. You may refer to our Lifetime Warranty page to see if you the damage or defect you are experiencing is covered.
Returns We Do NOT Accept
Every company has certain limitations. We believe in being open and honest with our expectations. Here is a simple list of basic reasons we will not accept a return.
- We do not accept returns for items that were damaged or made unusable through improper use, negligence or natural wear and tear.
- We do not accept returns for software or licensed products.
